To create an enjoyable and relaxed atmosphere for everyone, we kindly request that our wedding be an adults-only event, with the exception of our close family. For our family members bringing children, we warmly welcome them but encourage you to consider arranging childcare if possible, so you can fully enjoy the festivities.

To ensure we can celebrate with everyone comfortably; we have a strict No Plus-One Policy. We kindly ask that only those listed on the invitation attend. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter. We look forward to celebrating with you!

Whilst Kwila Lodge has ample on-site and road parking available, we encourage car-pooling where possible. Should you not wish to drive, ride share services such as Ubers and Taxis will travel to Kwila Lodge.

Please arrive at 1.30 PM for a 2 PM ceremony start on the 9th of June, 2025.

The event concludes at 11:00 PM. Guests are asked to make their way to the carpark area for departure at this time.

We have a 5-hour drink package that will run from 2.30 PM to 7.30 PM. This includes premium beers, wines and non-alcoholic options. You may optionally purchase spirits and cocktails from the bar, the bar will be open from 2.30 PM to 10.30 PM.

Canapes will be served at cocktail hour. A banquet style dinner will be served at reception. Cake and dessert will follow. If you have any dietary requirements, please fill out the form provided on this website.

Please RVSP via the website for each guest that is attending. If you are unable to fill-out the online form, please let us know.

We kindly request that guests refrain from taking photos during the ceremony to ensure an uninterrupted experience for everyone. However, you are welcome to capture memories after the ceremony. We will have a professional photographer and videographer on hand, and photos and videos will be shared with guests. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!
